About GoPush

GoPush Consulting is founded by Siddharth Hosangadi , who has over twenty five years of rich, hands-on Sales, Management and Leadership experience with several Startups and Multinationals like Oracle, SAP, and Ness Global Services. He has a stellar record of achieving Sales success as an Individual contributor, First level manager and Business Leader, and his experience spans multiple industries and organisation sizes. He has also received multiple trainings over the years which have significantly added value to his career, and shaped his thinking and sales methodology.

GoPush Consulting is an organisation born from the dream of Siddharth Hosangadi to leverage this rich experience and learning to create outstanding, sustainable success about for small and midsize B2B & Tech Companies & Sales Professionals through Sales Consulting, Training and Coaching interventions.

The mission of GoPush is to create a new generation of Businesses and
Sales professionals who will achieve exceptional success in their businesses and careers, and sustain it through applying the Value Selling principles they will learn about sales strategies.

Everything that GoPush Consulting does with its clients is based on the principles of Customer Centric Value Selling.
We believe that if every member of the Sales Organisation is focused on communicating and doing only what adds Value to the client in every interaction, and is focused on trying to help the Customer succeed, then the client can feel it, and will be willing to partner with us.
So whether we do a Sales Strategy Consulting engagement, or a Sales Training workshop, our effort is to infuse this Customer Centric Value Selling approach into the psyche and the processes of the Sales team.
Learning can be easily applied if taught well, business can be easily improved if there is an experienced Consultant or Coach who stands with you to make it happen. GoPush Consulting has been created to help attain all this, to give back to the Industry what I learned over 25+ years through some excellent training, a few great managers and a lot of hands on experience.

About SIDDHARTH HOSANGADI

Siddharth is a Top notch Sales Trainer and Business Consultant with over twenty five years of diverse experience in Sales and Sales Leadership in highly competitive environments with exposure to multiple industries and business functions. He is a Chemical Engineer from UDCT and has an MBA in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj, both ‘top five’ schools.

Through GoPush Consulting, he has Consulted with and executed Sales Training on the Value Selling approach for dozens of small and midsize companies with exceptional customer satisfaction. He is a certified Business & Executive Coach, and Independent Director.

He has been a consistent top performer in like Oracle, SAP, Tech Mahindra & Ness Global Services , leading businesses and sales teams selling IT and Consulting solutions and services, and spearheading various regional and global marketing and presales initiatives. Prior to this he worked in ICI India as a Regional Sales Manager selling Specialty chemicals.

Based on his deep understanding of the Technology domain, expertise in Sales processes, Attention to detail, and very Structured approach, he has been able to execute dozens of successful engagements through GoPush Consulting.

About Pushpa Hosangadi

Pushpa is an Educationist & Entrepreneur, who started off as a Polymer technologist from UDCT, where she was the Mumbai University topper and a Gold medalist. After college, she worked in a top Corporate as a Marketing Technical professional. Her natural love for teaching and training led her to enter the field of Education for which
she obtained a B.Ed degree. She continues to maintain a deep passion for learning new skills relevant to the field of Education.

Pushpa has now formally been in the field of Education for over fifteen years and has taught in schools with students of various age groups. She has a deep understanding about the psychological and pedagogical aspects of Education. She is currently leading an initiative for enhancing the quality of education in the rural areas of Maharashtra, which involves training the teachers in adopting experiential learning methods.

With her formal training and experience in Education, Pushpa  infuses knowledge of what works for creating a conducive Adult Learning Environment and innovative methods for transfer of knowledge, which are woven into the Sales Training programs of GoPush Consulting.
